Refund and cancellation policy
In order to deliver the best in class value we do NOT offer a return policy on any of our products in normal circumstances.
The exception to this rule is in case of physical damage, incorrect product, or expiry of any of the products delivered. Where this is the case, please return the item to us within 14 days, and we will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the shipping cost. Items must be returned in their original condition as received. No refund will be made for products that have been open/ used.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
We may cancel your order(s) if:
you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
